The annual fee of $995 per person supports our small-patient roster and personalized approach. It covers robust communication, access to on-site services (labs, immunizations, imaging), paperwork, and ensures that visits are never rushed. It does not cover medical services themselves, which are billed separately.
Yes. Levin MD Concierge bills your insurance and/or Medicare for covered healthcare services including visits, laboratory work, Imaging, covered monitoring services, immunizations and medication administration in the office so that our membership-based model complements the insurance coverage you already invested in.
We intentionally limit our patient panel to preserve unhurried appointments, same-day access, and a highly personalized relationship with your physician. This exclusivity ensures you receive the time and attention you deserve.
Your membership travels with you. Members can continue to access their respective benefits and can also utilize telehealth services as usual.
We offer a full range of in-house diagnostics and treatments, including phlebotomy, immunizations, IM medications, rapid in-house lab machine, EKG, X-ray, ultrasound, cancer screenings, sleep studies, and more — all with fast results and convenience.
Yes, Premium Concierge members receive up to two annual home visits within 10 miles/30 minutes (traffic included) of our office. Additional visits/exceptions can be arranged for a fee based on availability.
We coordinate closely with outside providers to ensure your care is seamless. Dr. Levin will act as your advocate, helping you navigate referrals and keeping your health plan connected across every setting.
Membership secures your place in our highly limited panel and ensures access when you need it most. Even if you rarely require care, the peace of mind, preventive focus, and guaranteed availability are central to the value of membership.
