Important to Know: Our practice requires an annual administrative fee to support the personalized care and small-practice structure we provide. This fee ensures that every patient receives focused, unhurried attention, and it helps us maintain a high level of service. Please note that the membership fee does not cover the cost of medical services themselves nor does it cover insurance or medicare-covered services. To stay current, each patient is asked to complete a preventive health visit once every 12 months.
